Do you offer hosting + maintenance?
Yes — we can host your website and bundle it with our maintenance plan at a discounted monthly or annual rate. Hosting + Maintenance gives you a fully managed, all-in-one solution for security, updates, speed, backups, and AI-readiness.

Are there any setup or cancellation fees?
There’s never a fee to cancel. You can leave anytime.
No setup fee if we’re building or redesigning your site.
If it’s been more than six months since we built your site — or if major changes were made — there’s a $199 setup fee to bring everything up to our current security standards.
For sites we didn’t build, setup starts at $199, depending on your site’s condition and what’s required to secure and optimize it.
What happens if I don’t join the plan?
Skipping maintenance puts your site at real risk. Here’s what can happen:

Your site won’t stay optimized, which leads to slower speed and declining search visibility (Google and AI search engines).

Outdated plugins, themes, and WordPress versions are the #1 cause of hacks and malware issues.

Does my monthly update time roll over?
No — the included update time is for that specific month. It resets each month as part of your plan.
What if my site gets hacked while on the plan?
If something ever happens while you’re protected under our plan, we take care of the cleanup, restore everything, and work with search platforms to correct any issues — at no cost to you.
To date, we’ve had ZERO hacks or breaches on any site enrolled in our plan.
What if I have updates that require more than one hour?
If your monthly update goes over an hour, we’ll let you know in advance and provide a time estimate. Anything beyond the included hour is simply billed at our standard hourly rate.
What if I’m not on the plan and my site gets hacked?
We can clean the site for a $350 emergency cleanup fee, then bring you onto our maintenance plan to keep everything protected and stable going forward.
How fast do you handle monthly updates?
We’re fast — typically within 24–48 hours.
As a maintenance client, you always get priority support over non-plan clients.
