AI Mission Statement

Anyone who hires Tonewood Marketing will experience a level of care that no AI can reproduce. We aim to help businesses grow and thrive in a world of AI-generated slop, generic copy, messaging, positioning, and presence. Our main mission is to make sure all of our clients stand out and get results from their websites while staying ahead of their competition for years to come.

How we’re using AI

AI can’t do everything….yet. So we are human-first in almost everything we do. We use AI internally to help with standardized workflows, automations and ongoing tasks that leave our energy to provide the best creative and customer experience for our clients. AI helps us to leverage our expertise and free us up for our best work; NOT to rely on AI to do the most important work for us.

Our AI toolstack

• Claude – Scheduled tasks, monthly reporting, written content creation assistance.
• Lovable – for wireframing or basic layouts, repetitive web design tasks, repeated deliverables, etc
• Zoom AI – for recording coaching and strategy calls and producing a summary action place with transcriptions
• Zapier Co-Pilot – for setting up integrations and automations between different tools

Important note on Confidential Client Data – your data is NOT being used to train any AI LLM model or intentionally or knowingly shared publicly via AI tools in our stack. We disable the setting to train LLMs with any data we put into our AI tools.

Client AI Policy

• We will guide you through our proven AI prompts (if necessary) for creating content and copy. 
• We WILL NOT accept AI content and designs and revise, refine or code them to our standards. 
• Clients MAY NOT use our IP in human-first designs, strategy and copy to be reworked or altered in an AI tool unless given permission, parameters or guidelines by our team. We do have an AI Service in place for redesigning an existing site or design system previously built by AI. Limited openings and capacity.
